Executive Board

The Executive Board of Viscom AG currently consists of three members: Carsten Salewski (Sales/Operations), Dr. Martin Heuser (Development/Production) and Dirk Schwingel (Finances). The Executive Board is responsible for the management of the Company. The primary tasks of the Executive Board are determining strategic alignment, managing the Company, and planning, establishing and monitoring a risk management system and compliance. All members of the Executive Board are involved in the day-to-day management of the Company and bear responsibility for operations.
